Refund Policy

At Tee Up Collective, we understand that life happens. Below is our refund policy to help you plan with confidence:

Golf Clinics

  • Full Refund if canceled 7 days or more before the event.

  • 50% Refund if canceled 1 day before the event.

  • No Refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

Tournaments & Golf Trips

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your spot.

  • Full or partial refunds may be offered depending on the event and timeline.

  • Each event will have its own cancellation/refund policy outlined at registration.

  • If Tee Up Collective cancels or postpones an event, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a new date.

Social Events & Networking Mixers

  • Full refund up to 72 hours (3 days) before the event.

  • No refunds after that time due to venue and vendor commitments.

How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please email us at teeupcollective@gmail.com with your name, event name, and the reason for cancellation.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
