Welcome to Tee Up Collective! By accessing our site or participating in our events, you agree to the following terms:

1. Bookings & Payments

All event registrations must be completed through our website or approved platforms.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise noted.
Prices may change at any time, but confirmed bookings will be honored.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

Golf Clinics:

Full refund available up to 7 days prior to the clinic.
50% refund if canceled 1 day before.
No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

Tournaments & Trips:

Policies may vary by event and will be listed at registration.
Tee Up Collective will monitor weather and enforce rain checks.
If Tee Up Collective cancels an event, full refunds will be issued.

3. Participation Guidelines

Participants attend all events at their own risk.
Events are for ages 18+ unless otherwise stated, if an event is for all ages, minors must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21.
By attending, you agree to be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. However if you wish to NOT be photographed or filmed, please let us know immediately and we will try our best to accommodate.

4. Code of Conduct

Tee Up Collective is a welcoming and inclusive community. Disrespectful, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to refuse or remove anyone from our events.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tee Up Collective is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages at any event. By participating, you agree to assume full responsibility for your safety and belongings.

6. Use of Website Content

All content, branding, and images on this site belong to Tee Up Collective unless otherwise stated. Please don’t use our content without permission.

7. Third-Party Services

We may collaborate with courses, vendors, or venues. We are not responsible for their policies or services.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the most recent version.

Legal Disclaimer

Tee Up Collective events are meant to be social, empowering, and recreational. We do not offer certified golf instruction unless explicitly stated. By joining our events, you acknowledge all risks involved and release Tee Up Collective from liability to the fullest extent allowed by law.
